Shopping for kid’s clothes has always been enjoyable to me because everything looks cuter when it is smaller, right? Now that I have a little girl I am loving all the options. The girls section is usually bigger than the boys. I was invited to attend an event at The Children’s Place to shop their new Spring collection. Seriously, the cutest stuff ever. I don’t know how I narrowed down my choices to a few items because I wanted everything! The shoes, the clothes, the accessories – all adorable, colorful, and screamed SPRING!
My daughter is growing insanely quickly and tends to outgrow her clothes just as fast. To save money I like to buy her clothes that mix and match. The Children’s Place makes it easy to do that since their patterns have tons of colors and patterns. I loved those butterfly pants – don’t they just scream Spring to you? I loved the colors as well – bright and cheerful. I picked two different tops that had colors found in the pants but still had colorful elements.
The Children’s Place also had a section with different bright colored skorts (which I prefer for my active toddler) – turquoise, pink, purple, lime green, and yellow. They had different style shirts to mix and match. They also have shorts in this same section. Endless possibilities. I went with the purple color because I loved the mermaid shirt that matched.
I fell in love with the butterfly glittery sandal. I love butterflies and love silver sandals as they can go with anything. I also grabbed the one piece romper since they are so lightweight and comfortable for Spring.
BOYS CLOTHING AT THE CHILDREN’S PLACE
The boys section had camo, Marvel, and athletic items. Everything my son loves. He loves the camo print so I knew it was the first thing I would grab for him. He also loves his athletic apparel. He plays baseball and usually likes to change to his little basketball shorts and a tank top.
The active wear clothing is perfect for my son because he is constantly playing baseball, riding his bike, playing in the backyard and it allows him to have comfortable clothing while doing all of those things. Plus, it is lightweight so he is able to stay cool.

I love The Children’s Place. I have shopped there for Adrian since he was a baby! The clothes is super durable and I also love that you can mix and match! Those glittery sandals are adorable, I wish they had them in adult sizes!
