I hope I am not alone when I say I have a love-hate relationship with my hair. It is long, thick and curly! I love that I am able to wear my hair both curly and straight so it it easy to change up my hair style. There are some tools that make it a little easier for me to manage my unruly hair – Infiniti Pro by Conair® 3Q™ Brushless Motor Dryer and Infiniti Pro by Conair® Curl Secret®. Creating easy new looks are a breeze!
My hair routine usually stays the same – wash my hair, detangle my hair, leave-in conditioner, and a heat protectant. To detangle my hair I used Conair Velvet Paddle Brush as it doesn’t pull my hair as I brush it from top to bottom. It helps spread my leave-in conditioner from root to tip easily. I’ve noticed that I am not wincing as much since the paddle brush moves through my hair easily. Once my hair is tangled free I divide it into 4 sections to make blow drying easier. I have a lot of hair so this may not be necessary for those with less hair.
It typically takes me close to 2 hours to straighten my hair which is why I don’t use my blow dryer often. I was intrigued with the Infiniti Pro by Conair® 3Q™ Brushless Motor Dryer because it reduces drying time by up to 70% with lower temperature and faster airflow to minimize damage. What? Reduces drying time by up to 70%? Crazy. I timed my blow dry session and I got my entire hair done in 58 mins exactly! I couldn’t believe it. You really could tell the difference. I used the Conair Professional Round Brush which helped speed the drying process as well. I went section by section and was done in less than an hour. Impressive, huh?
My hair felt silky and so soft. Blow drying me hair is the main foundation to doing other styles like curling it with Conair Curl Secret. When using the Infiniti Pro by Conair® Curl Secret® your hair has to be 100% dry. The first hair style I’m going to show is my hair with curls using the Conair Curl Secret.
To achieve this look:
1. Make sure your hair is 100% dry and tangled free
2. Section your hair
3. Grab little strips of hair to draw hair into the Infiniti Pro by Conair Curl Secret chamber
4. Repeat until your entire hair is done
5. Style as needed
Want a quick easy hair style for a dinner date or out with friends? This look can be achieved easily. See the steps below:
1. Following the same steps as above
2. Once your hair is curled entirely grab a strip of hair from both sides of your face
3. Starting with the right side, twist it until you reach the middle of head (secure with a bobby pin)
4. Repeat step 3 on the opposite side
5. Remove bobby pin and carefully grab both twisted pieces (make sure your in the middle of your head)
6. Secrure both piece with an elastic
7. Using the hair from the pony tail, tuck it underneath the elastic to hide
8. Tighten by pulling on the pony tail piece to secure
I am a big pony tail girl. I probably have my hair in a pony tail more than half of the week. Slick back, side part, middle part, you get the idea. I wanted to do something different that would be an easy do for the mornings. I came up with this quick side sweep pony tail that looks elegant for parties or date night!
1. Starting on the right side of your head, grab your hair and start twisting close to your nape
2. Keep gathering your hair into the twist until you are at the other side of your head
3. Gather your hair from the left side into the twist so it looks uniform
4. Secure with an elastic band
