We love Elephant & Piggie at my house, and were so excited to partner with Disney-Hyperion on a sponsored post to celebrate 10 years of the series! We celebrated with a P-A-R-T-Y!
The Elephant & Piggie books have been part of our home since I had my first child! He is 8 years old now. Now my little man reads to his little sister. It is the sweetest thing to see him teach his little sister how to read and the Mo Willems books are perfect for beginners.
I was excited to share one of the newest books in the Elephant and Piggie Like Reading! series, The Good for Nothing Button by Charise Mericle Harper with friends and family. It is recommended for ages 4- 8.
Yellow Bird has a button. It does . . . nothing! It is a good for nothing button.
Red Bird and Blue Bird are excited to try the button. But when they press it, they discover that the button makes them happy. Happy is something! A flabbergasted Yellow Bird insists the button does nothing. But it sure does seem to be making him mad. Mad is something!
The hilarious debate that follows takes readers on an emotional roller coaster that pokes at the power of imaginative play.
We had a cute little party with all the Elephant and Piggie decorations which can also create yourself! Disney-Hyperion sent the Good for Nothing button and boy was it a hit with the kids (especially during story time).
The adorable Piggie and Elephant paper lantern were a hit! They are just too cute for words! We also received cute character straws, stress balls, party hats, temporary tattoos, and adorable wrapping paper. We also got plenty fo activity sheets. Below are some links to create your own little party!

The books were wrapped up for the younger kids. It was so fun seeing them open one of the books. We also went around read each of the books. We all shared our favorite Elephant & Piggie books, below are my kid’s favorite!
