I needed some Holiday decorations badly! I moved in February of this year and had nothing to decorate my sideboard table. I knew I would find affordable and cute Holiday decor at Kohl’s. I wanted everything but I picked a few items that would go perfectly with my decorating style.
The St. Nicholas Square Rustic Wooden Sled Pillar Candleholder caught my eye immediately. I wanted something that would stand out in my sideboard area as it is the first thing you see when you walked in. I wanted it to look inviting. I grabbed the Flameless candle set (comes with a remote) to place on the sled pillar candle holders. I have 2 young kids at home so I wanted something I can put with ease of mind. I love how realistic they look and they add a wonderful glow to my formal living room. The remote control is awesome and so convenient. I plan to get another set for my family room.
I fell in love with the cute little snowman! He is holding a string of lights that light up, they change different colors! My kids adore this little guy! I wanted to made the table bright and fun for the kids but also classy. He was the perfect little accessory I needed!
I wanted to display family pictures so I grabbed the cute Merry Christmas wood picture holder and a cute light up star. I thought they were adorable and a “different” way to display family pictures on my table. The star leaves a nice glow since the light shines through the small holes around it.
I wanted a place to hang the Christmas cards we received so I grabbed this lighted Merry Christmas frame with a line of clothespins. Its supposed to be for pictures but it has worked well at displaying my Holiday cards. The kids love looking at all the different cards we’ve received.
Shopping at Kohl’s was a wonderful experience – they had so many Holiday decor items that will fit anyone’s style. I love that they have coupons to help us save some money! The Kohl’s cash is also a wonderful bonus! The next time you want to decorate your home – head to Kohl’s!
