Mounds Dark Chocolate Coconut S’mores

Yum! I know you want to just eat these right off your screen but you can do these right at home! S’mores are so easy to make and the combinations are endless. My new favorite s’mores? Dark Chocolate Coconut S’mores using Mounds dark chocolate bars. Delicious. I love anything with coconut (remember my last s’mores recipe?), just reminds me of tropical goodness!

The recipe is a lot simpler than my last one since they make marshmallows with coconut flakes already! Genius. All you need to do it just put it on your roasting stick or if you are doing it at home use your broiler. The s’mores will come out just as delicious! I prefer the traditional way of making s’mores – a good ‘ol fire pit. We have a decent size stone fire pit in our yard. We use it often – any excuse for chocolate!

Ok, let’s get to the recipe.

See how easy it is?

If you prefer to do it over a fire pit just get your chocolate graham cracker ready with a piece of Mounds chocolate, place your coconut marshmallow on a roasting stick (over the fire) until it gets slightly charred then quickly place on top of your Mounds chocolate. Lastly, top with the top chocolate graham cracker. Your done! Get ready to enjoy your delicious s’more!
