The Nautical theme is everywhere. Add me to the nautical theme bandwagon, because my master bathroom is sea inspired. I didn’t go overboard with the nautical stuff but little frames, shower curtain and accessories. My bathroom doesn’t have a lot of wall space since it is not the biggest bathroom. I wanted a peaceful bathroom and the ocean reminds me of relaxation.

The moment I saw the curtains in Curtain & Bath Outlet, I knew they would be perfect for my neutral colored bathroom. I wanted the blues and beiges. The picture on the website doesn’t do it justice. They really are vibrant and stand out when you enter the bathroom.

Lorraine Home Fashions: By the Sea Fabric Shower Curtain
Bring the tranquility and ease of life at the shore into your bathroom with this
all-over printed shower curtain. The classic motifs include such nautical
elements as shells, sea-life and sailing ships arranged in a vintage pattern
and printed on heavy weight, textured fabric. 70″ x 72″ color blue / beige

The picture frames and fish are all from Kirkland’s. The colors of the frame and the fish matched the shower curtain perfectly! I really liked the frames, the stone washed color really brings out the colors of the shower curtain. To be honest the holes were already on the wall from the previous owners so I arranged the frames so I wouldn’t have to drill additional holes. I think it works, what do you think? Is there anything else I can add?

Since these pictures were taken I added a plant to the windowsill. I think the bathroom needed some greenery. I also have some soft blue candles on the sink counter area. I would like to add a few more elements but nothing much to the walls. I honestly don’t have any other wall space to add pictures or decorative items to.
