Enjoy a refreshing Pink Moscato Lemonade. Get the recipe on the blog now.
There is nothing like a refreshing lemonade on a hot summer day, am I right? I have been craving all sorts of lemonades but sometimes I want a little kick. There is nothing better than a cold Sutter Home Pink Moscato – it is sweet and refreshing. I thought it would be the perfect combination to make Pink Moscato lemonade. I wanted to make something that would be easy to whip up when my big Puerto Rican family comes over to my house. I enjoy entertaining in my backyard now that we have a big pool we have lots of company over.

My family loves having a good time and we usually serve some alcoholic beverages. I always remember my grandma in Puerto Rico making sangria, pina coladas, and coquito. She always made a big batch of sangria for everyone to enjoy. It is tradition to have some kind of drink available for the adults. During the holidays, we make coquito which is like an egg nog. It’s creamy and just delicious! I cannot wait for Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Año Nuevo because Coquito will be plentiful! But right now I am enjoying all the fruity drinks thanks to the variety of wines available from Sutter Home.

Let’s get to the recipe!

Sutter Home Pink Moscato Lemonade

  • 1 bottle of Sutter Home Pink Moscato
  • 4 cups water
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 5 lemons
  • 1 cup cranberry juice
  • Ice

First start bringing 3 cups of water, 2 cups of sugar, 1 diced lemon to a boil. You want to remove it from the heat once the sugar has dissolved. We’re just creating a flavored simple syrup.

While the simple syrup is cooling, start squeezing the lemon juice from 3 lemons into a pitcher.

Next pour the cranberry juice, the cooled lemon simple syrup, 1 bottle of Sutter Home Pink Moscato, and the last cup of water.
