Pokémon Snap – Must-Have Game of the Summer!

Pokémon Snap is the must-have game of the Summer! Find all the details about this beautiful vivid game!

Disclaimer: Nintendo provided a copy of the game for my review. All opinions stated here are my own.

Video games have been part of my life for as long as I can remember! You can typically find me playing video games at least once a day, to me it is just a great way to unwind. Crafts are definitely one of my outlets but so are video games. I grew up playing and watching Pokémon and was so excited when Pokémon Snap was released. The game is so beautiful and vivid. It really is a great game to enjoy this Summer, not only will adults love it but kids will too!

Pokémon Snap

New Pokémon Snap has 214 Pokémon to find and discover in the vast locations and islands, much larger than the 63 species of Pokémon in the original game! You’ll see some of your favorite Pokémon like Pikachu, Lapras, Grookey, Wailord, and so much more!
  • Relaxing game
  • Lots of Pokémon
  • Unique Pokémon game that has a different play style from other games
  • Multiple locations and times of day
  • Interactions between Pokémon and their environments

A nostalgic remake of the Nintendo 64 Pokémon Snap, the Nintendo Switch version brings back the amazingly unique game. Experiencing the adventure of the research facility crew, you embark on an adventure through the wilderness and habitats of Pokémon and observe them as they live their natural lives. Just sit back and relax while snapping a picture of them. As you travel through a predetermined route, you can experience how each Pokémon behaves around others and react to sudden camera shots or apples being thrown at them. As some runaway, others fight, you’ll be able to experience every single event and have plenty of fun as you explore and collect pictures to bring back to Professor Mirror. The beautiful scenery is endless amongst these unknown islands.

Here are some quick facts about Pokémon Snap:

  • The vehicle is called Neo-One (in the original game the vehicle is called Zero-One, so they made it similar for returning fans.)
  • You get graded on each picture, a score varying from 1 star to 4 stars (depending on if the Pokémon is in the frame, performing an action, or if another Pokémon is caught doing something surprising)
  • Your camera has a scanner to help you find hidden Pokémon or things you probably couldn’t see.
  • An Online system to share and edit photos with other Snap Players

Stay tuned as I’m working on a cute t-shirt inspired by Pokémon Snap! I cannot wait to share with everyone.

By the way, does anyone play Pokémon Go? Would love to share friend codes! I am always happy to add new people to send gifts to!
