As a working mom, I don’t get much “me” time. Going to work, picking up the kids from aftercare, getting dinner ready, helping with homework, and blogging take up a lot of my time. The times I do get to myself usually involve me reading a book and enjoying a delicious snack. My new favorite obsession for some “me moment” indulgence? New Müller® Ice Cream Inspired Yogurt flavors.
Müller® Ice Cream Inspired Yogurts come in three delicious flavors: Raspberry Chocolate Chip, Mint Chocolate Chip and Vanilla Bean. Seriously, it feels like you are eating ice cream without all the calories! They have 6% milk fat yogurt and good source of protein (7g). It has less sugar than other yogurts and only 190-210 calories! Sold!
I’ve really been trying to incorporate more fruits and veggies into my diet. But eating plain fruits can get boring. I love dipping things so it was no surprise that I made fruit dip with Müller® Ice Cream Inspired Yogurts. I tried to keep it simple and light. The fruit dip can be used with pretty much any flavored. I love the Raspberry chocolate chip with strawberries and apples. So good! It has been my “go-to” dip when I want some me time. Even if it means I’m going to bed late or waking up earlier, I’ve been trying to give myself that extra time to myself. I know how important it is to let yourself relax. The dip can be created in less than 10 minutes which is perfect for those quick alone time breaks!
Ingredients:
1 cup/container Müller® Raspberry Chocolate Chip Yogurt
1 box Chocolate Instant pudding mix
4 Tbsp. Milk (I used 2%)
1 cup Lite Cool Whip
Fruit (whatever you want for dipping)
- Mix Müller® Raspberry Chocolate Chip yogurt, chocolate instant pudding mix and milk in a blender or mixer until it is well blended.
- Add the mix into a bowl then add chilled Lite Cool whip
- Mix until will blended
- Side note: if you want a fluffier dip add Cool Whip into the first step.
I used my KitchenAid stand mixer to blend everything but it was a thicker/sturdier consistency. Next time, I will make it a little fluffy for a whipped consistency. I feel like there I so many different possibilities with creating fruit dips with Müller® yogurt. You can find all the different variety of flavors at your local Walmart store.
