Party Experience
We got the opportunity to celebrate my 9-year-olds birthday at our local Chuck E. Cheese’s a few weeks ago. We invited about 10 kids to have 2-hours of fun.
We arrived at Chuck E. Cheese’s about 15 mins before the party started (as recommended by our party host who called us a few days before to see if we had any questions). There are some people who bring their own decorations and this gives them time to setup. We chose to have the Chuck E. Cheese’s decorations. Our party host introduced himself and showed us to our designated party area. The host was amazing and really catered to our needs from beginning to end!
Our Chuck E. Cheese’s location has the Play pass so the kids were able to play unlimited for 2-hours since we decided on the Mega Superstar party package. The minute the kids got their play cards – they were OFF! The cards are really easy for them to use and I definitely prefer them over tokens. They just swipe their card over the card reader to play. We had kids from 4-12 years old and even the smallest partygoer was able to use it easily. The play pass works on all the video games including those that give out tickets.
Chuck E. Cheese’s caters to younger kids by having games that are the perfect height for them to play. There are interactive games and rides that will entertain everyone. The indoor playground was a hit as well. Going down slides, climbing through the tubes, and peeking through the windows.
We knew when it was time to head back to our designated area when an announcement is made letting us know the food is ready or if it is cake time! Everything worked seamlessly. The kids absolutely loved the cake and the Dippin’ Dots! My son got to experience the Ticket Blaster after we all ate cake. He had a blast in there – definitely worth it for the Birthday star to experience! The pinata came right after and they loved getting extra tickets and candy. But the goodies don’t stop there – Super Goodie bags for all the kids! The goodie bags were filled with candy, little toys, and 10 free tokens for when kids go back to visit.
The host took care of everything, I sat and watched. I sat down. When I typically throw a party, I am running around like a crazy lady making sure everything is being taken care of. I can’t remember the last time I got to see the joy on all the kid’s faces. Pure happiness.
