Vanilla Greek Yogurt Melts

Ready for the easiest recipe? I like easy recipes, the fewer ingredients the better. These Frozen Greek Yogurt Melts with Kellogg’s Apple Jacks are going to be a winner with your kids. You see, my kids love sweets. I’ve caught them a few times sneaking candy into their room and stashing it. Ice cream is also a treat they want to eat all the time so I decided to make these Frozen Greek Yogurt Melts give them a treat they can enjoy any time of the day. The best part? You can switch it up and add whatever toppings you want. Make the melts bigger and add fresh fruit, nuts, or add a different cereal topping. The possibilities are endless!

We’re in the midst of back to school and mornings can be quite hectic. The kids usually grab a quick bowl of cereal and they love Kellogg’s Apple Jacks, Corn Pops, and Krave. Sometimes they’ll have a bagel or toast with some of the Frozen Greek Yogurt Melts. They can grab some and eat them on the go.

The recipe doesn’t take much time to prepare so I usually make a batch the night before and pop them in the freezer overnight. It usually takes about an hour for them to harden if you prefer to eat them sooner. I add honey to the Greek yogurt just to give it a hint of sweetness since Greek yogurt can be a tart. You can also use Vanilla Greek yogurt and add less honey (which is what I did). My kids love Vanilla Greek yogurt.
