Can you believe we’re in 2017 already? I always feel that the year goes by so fast. Reflecting on 2016, I had a pretty good year. Traveling, spending time with family and friends, and just learning. I hope to do more in 2017, devote more time to the blog, creating more content, and really getting out of my comfort zone. I would love to incorporate video but I’m definitely shy about getting in front of the camera. Video is definitely the future and I need to slowly embrace it.

2016 Year in Review

I wanted to share some of my favorite post of 2016:

Making these DIY Mini Wood Frames that are perfect FujiFilm Instax Mini 70 camera back in January.

Celebrating my birthday with a Teal and Gold Birthday party in February.

We built a butterfly garden in March, just in time for Spring! I also did a DIY wood laundry frame perfect for those “missing” socks!

Created a camping essentials basket in April which was filled with everything  you need for family camping.

That time I got to work with Microsoft back in May. I also made some teacher appreciation labels and shared it with you all.

June brought some delicious recipes like this Pink Moscato Lemonade. We got to camp at Fort de Soto campgrounds on the West coast of Florida.

My husband and I got to stay at this really cool hotel in Boca Raton and went on a 7-day Western Caribbean cruise!

August was filled with back to school post like shopping at Sawgrass Mills Mall and the Galleria at Fort Lauderdale. My daughter got to work with American Girl’s new Wellie Wisher dolls.

I shared some traditional Hispanic recipes in September. I also attended a blogger conference called We All Grow MIA.

Madame Tussauds

We visited Sea Life, Madame Tussauds Wax Museum, and The Orlando Eye in October. We did Halloween Horror Nights with friends. We also stayed at a pretty nice hotel called StreamSong. Lots of travel/events in October.

Gymboree Holiday style

November brought an awesome partnership with Gymboree. It was such a fun holiday campaign!

Loving the @haloboardofficial Rover! Read all about it #ontheblog #HaloBoardRover #HaloBoard #reviewwithvideo #blogging #perks #blogperks #holidaygiftguide #hgg2016 #gifts #holidaygiftguide2016

I had my first annual holiday party in December. We got to review a super cool hoverboard, Halo Rover.

As you can see, we made a ton of memories in 2016. I definitely look forward to what 2017 will bring. My husband and I will be attending The WalkerStalker (The Walking Dead) Cruise in February! We’ll be celebrating my mom’s 50th birthday in June by going on a family cruise to the Western Caribbean. I’ll also have some big news later on in the Summer (crossing my fingers everything goes as planned).

What are you looking forward to in 2017?
